As you can tell, we are not pregnant and do not have a baby. After 3 years of trying and 6 rounds of Clomid, we have decided to let God do his work and if it happens, it happens.
While I was trying to get pregnant I kept using it as an excuse to not fully commit to losing weight or exercising. I would freak myself out thinking if i did any kind of work out it would lose the baby (but there was never one).
So now that we have given up (not given up totally, just not going to be stressed about it and keep visiting doctors), I am going to try to be the healthiest fittest person i can be. Of course i am self conscious about myself in front of my husband but he doesn't see what i see. He says that I'm perfect. But i need to make myself happy, and that's my plan.
The only thing is I HATE cardio... I HATE running especially!!
To kick start things, I am doing the 3 day military diet. It claims you can lose up to 10 lbs in those 3 days. We will see.
You suppose to do the 3 day military diet and then eat your normal food for 4 days (not go all out, I'm still going to stay under my calorie goal each day, so eat smart) and then 3 days on and then 4 days off..... until you think you have done it enough. I think I might do it at least 3 times if not 4 just to see if it helps that much. But really, going to see after these 3 days how much I lose and if it really works.
I will post pics of the food and the program once I am done. I am currently on the 2nd day, just have dinner left. Then all day tomorrow.
Summer is only a few months away... gotta look good in a bikini for once!
